- Check-in begins at 14:00 on the day of arrival and check-out ends at 11:00 on the day of departure
- A tourist tax of 4.50 PLN/person/night is additionally payable at the Main Reception
- The sauna and bath area is a textile-free zone; pareos and towels are available at the Hedoni SPA reception
- After 17:00, the jacuzzi area is a textile-free zone accessible only to adults
- Non-utilization of any component of the package does not reduce its value
