Hotel jest bardzo ładny. Obsługa przemiła, spokój, cisza. Restauracja jest położona nad strumykiem, więc można zjeść w ładnym otoczeniu. Ciekawe seanse saunowe. Na pewno wrócimy.

Romantycznie, kameralnie i profesjonalnie

Hotel położony przy rzece, za co duży plus. Niesamowita cisza, spokój. Przytulne, czyste i dobrze rozplanowane centrum spa. Najlepsza część hotelu! Dyskretny, uprzejmy i profesjonalny personel. Apartament wygodny i funkcjonalny - łazienka przestronna - okienko widokowe przy wannie - rewelacja! Przede wszystkim wszędzie czyściutko, na co zwracamy zawsze uwagę. Jedzenie smaczne, restauracja klimatyczna. Jesteśmy z Podhala, więc dzięki wystrojowi w stylu folk czuliśmy się jak w domu :) Polecam z czystym sumieniem!

Szkoda, że byliśmy tu tylko chwilkę

Ten bajecznie kolorowy hotel usytuowany jest nad samym brzegiem Popradu co dodatkowo nadaje mu uroku. Pokoje urządzone nowocześnie ale i ze smakiem utrzymanym w lekkim stylu folk. Ogromne wrażenie zrobiło na nas spa a szczególnie sauny -rewelacja! Zaś o basenie można by powiedzieć - sterylny, wszędzie czyściutko i pachnąco. W hotelowej restauracji z polecenia miłego kelnera zjedliśmy wspaniałą {jak na góry przystoi} jagnięcinę a stek był cudownie wysmażony jak mało gdzie. Szkoda że gościliśmy tu tylko jeden dzień, zapewniam że na pewno wrócimy, ale teraz już na dłużej.

Delicious cuisine

We visited Czarna Owca Restaurant and the dishes were excellent. For example boletus soup is a real mushroom soup, also the region al dishes are delicious, desserts are wonderful, coffee is great. In general it’s good!

Tasty and regional

Tasty and regional dishes. Portions are fine (with a tendency to big), fresh. A bright spot on the map of Piwniczna. Prices are affordable. Tasty region al Beer. The dish of the day is really a dish of the day, not the reminder of the yesterday’s supper.

Godny polecenia

Polecam wszystkim ten Hotel. Położony w idealnym dla nas miejscu - czyli w górach, ale też nad samym brzegiem Popradu.

Od samego początku zostaliśmy przywitani z uśmiechem przez obsługę Recepcji (było widać że to szczery uśmiech mimo wielu pytań które im dodatkowo zadawaliśmy :) )Pokój przygotowany wzorowo, i z cudownym widokiem. Restauracja także zaskoczyła nas pozytywnie, bardzo dobre jedzenie oraz wykwalifikowani kelnerzy.

SPA - polecamy noce saunowe, które odbywają się w weekendy, dla nas była to nowość ale wrażenie nie zapomniane! Na wielki plus zasługuje możliwość późniejszego wymeldowania ( oczywiście w miarę możliwości), bo aż żal było opuszczać Hotel. Zostaliśmy pożegnani z miłą rozmową ( a nie jak to bywa w większości hoteli, "zapłaciłeś to już się nie liczysz").

Idealny na pobyt ze znjomymi

Pojechaliśmy na weekend ze znajomymi, super wypoczęliśmy, nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Pokoje świetnie urządzone, łóżka wygodne, jedzenie w restauracji pyszne - podobało mi się że stawiają na lokalne dania. Miejscówka świetna i na wypad na spacer i na narty. No i niesamowite spa - świetny pomysł z tymi nocami saunowymi, coś czego nie ma w innych hotelach. Na pewno jeszcze wrócimy!

Komfort i wysoka jakość

Hotel na najwyższym poziomie, a SPA... raj w podziemiach :). Również nasz synek miał co robić i bardzo miło spędziliśmy czas przy Popradzie. Hotel zdecydowanie polecamy dla każdego, kto ceni sobie komfort i wysoką jakość obsługi.

Idealny na romantyczny wypad

Kameralny klimatyczny hotel, ładny design, hotel z duszą. Fajnie zlokalizowany nad brzegiem Popradu. Blisko niewielkie tesco. Do granicy ze Słowacją niecałe 10 km.

Komfortowo wyposażone pokoje, minibar z czujnikiem ruchu. W łazience podstawowe kosmetyki, suszarka, Bezpłatne szlaforki. W pokoju czysto, obsługa pokojowa na poziomie.

Szybka, miła i kompetentna obsługa w recepcji. Bardzo klimatyczna, choć niezbyt duża restauracja z miłą obsługą. Smaczna, domowa kuchnia - chociaż myślę, że warto pomyśleć o herbacie lepszej niż Dilmah. Dla odmiany świetna kawa a la carte ;-) plus za kawę z ekspresu na śniadaniach.

Bardzo fajna strefa spa. Miła, profesjonalna obsługa, doskonale wykonany zabieg na ciało - duże podziękowania dla Pani Moniki. Ceny masaży raczej wygórowane, choć jeśli masaże wyglądają tak dobrze jak zabieg na ciało to są tego warte. Seanse w saunach podczas nocy saunowych to rewelacyjne przeżycie :-) Plus za basen czynny do później nocy. Trzeba pamiętać, że strefa saun jest strefą nagości -- warto doczytać, żeby nie być zszokowanym na miejscu.

Polecam jako miejsce na romantyczny wyjazd dla par :)

Świetna organizacja Świąt!

Świetna organizacja Świąt. Uroczysta Wigilia z mnóstwem przysmaków w tym łemkowskich (zupa z karpiela, pierogi z wędzoną śliwką). jasełka, kulig (na furach), kolędowanie z kapelą góralską, rytuały w saunach (również dla dzieci)  wypełniały całe dni. Dzieciaki miały frajdę i bogaty program. Hotel dbał o dobre samopoczucie gości, serwis z uśmiechem. Wszyscy zadowoleni. Prosba tylko o więcej warzyw do kolacji podanych w odpowiednim czasie. Gorąco polecam.

Nie potrzeba niczego więcej, nie masz ochoty ruszać się poza hotel. Pięknie położony, kameralny obiekt nad rzeką, dobra kuchnia, wspaniały kompleks spa. W weekendy super noce saunowe. Latem można popływać na SUP-ach. Pobyt: sierpniu 2015

Unikatowa atmosfera

Jest to hotel, który można opisywać w samych superlatywach: bardzo miła obsługa, przepiękny i wyjątkowo gustowny wystrój wnętrz, perfekcyjnie dopracowane szczegóły, doskonała restauracja, przepyszne potrawy, pięknie urządzone i profesjonalnie wyposażone SPA, szereg turystycznych atrakcji dostępnych w pobliżu. Miejsce o oryginalnej i kameralnej atmosferze, urządzone i prowadzone na absolutnie najwyższym poziomie jakości.

Ach, te rytuały saunowania!

Po raz pierwszy uczestniczyliśmy w rytuałach saunowania. Jeśli ktoś tego jeszcze nie doświadczył niech koniecznie spróbuje. Wszystko na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Przytulne i eleganckie wnętrza. Fajny basen swietnie przygotowane atrakcje spa. A wieczorem niespodzianka: strefa spa beztekstylna...
Smaczna kuchnia. Piękna lokalizacja. Cisza i spokój.

Wypoczynek na najwyższym poziomie

Zdecydowanie najbardziej klimatyczny i najprzyjemniejszy hotel w jakim mieszkałem, a trochę ich było. Znakomicie położony w malowniczym zakolu Popradu, nad którym urządzono taras i hotelową plażę. Spacer do centrum Piwnicznej trwa ok. 15 minut, w pobliżu są interesujące trasy spacerowe i wyjście na górskie szlaki.
Styl hotelu to mieszanka prostych kształtów ze pomysłowym górskim wzornictwem, całość wygląda bardzo nowocześnie. Obsługa jest pomocna, naturalnie sympatyczna, bez "wymuszonej" uprzejmości. Mój apartament był bardzo komfortowy, jasny i przestronny, w niczym nie przypominał sztampowego wystroju biznesowych hoteli, a jednocześnie praktycznie urządzony. Tutejsza restauracja "Czarna Owca" to materiał na oddzielną recenzję, tu napiszę tylko - naprawdę polecam. Chwalone już przez innych recenzentów HedoniSPA stanowi wizytówkę hotelu, jest popularne, więc zabiegi czy masaże warto rezerwować z wyprzedzeniem.
Lubię wytknąć drobne niedociągnięcia... ale tu naprawdę ich nie było! :) Miejsce ma niesamowitą atmosferę, odpocząłem tu świetnie. Widać, że ktoś miał na ten hotel pomysł, który zrealizował znakomicie.

Gorąco polecam! Super apartament z wanną w sypialni, wymeldowanie o godz 16:00 bez problemu za co duży plus! Obsługa miła i pomocna. Pyszne jedzenie w restauracji a od kelnerów bije pozytywna energia. Super basen i strefa saun, można się zrelaksować i odpocząć nawet przy 1 dniowym pobycie. Fajny rabat za rezerwację w ten sam dzień (last minute). Na pewno wrócę!

The most climatic hotel in the mountains 5*

Most hotels are very alike. Piwniczna Hotel is different from others and exceptional. Lamb knuckle in the Czarna Owca Restaurant is delicious. HedoniSPA is something exceptional, especially sauna nights. I really RECOMMEND this place.

One of the best sauna complex in Poland and a beautiful swimming pool.

Cosy hotel beautifully situated. We chose this hotel because of its swimming pool and HedoniSPA. One of not so many hotels in Poland with the proper sauna regulations (naked zone). Luckily you can go to sauna with your wife, like in the most of hotels in Germany, Austria or even Chech Republic. Next to the sauna zone there is Jacuzzi, sensation showers and free drinking water. On the other side of the underground complex you will find charming swimming pools. During the breakfast we found everything that you may expect from the hotel of this quality and also something unexpected (local cheese, sausage with onion and sprouts) One of the best hotels of this standard.

Good cuisine in a nice place

Restaurant is nicely furnished in modern-folk style. Nice design of a menu card. A big and interesting choice. A good idea of marking the regional dishes. I tried zalewajka (delicious)!!!

The place is super

Beautiful view of the Poprad River from our window. Excellent location of the hotel, SPA couldn’t be better. Kind staff, good breakfast. Perfect for spending time and relaxing. Very close to Slovakia where you can reach through the newly opened bridge.

… wonderful neighbourhood, location, rooms, restaurants, food. Very professional staff in every division of the hotel. A lot of extra activities like shows, concerts, barbecues... For the price it’s worth visiting. For sure we will come back! We recommend 100%

Simply amazing

A huge thank you to the Hotel Director – this word does not mean enough – it was amazing – especially SPA and the master sauna sessions of misses Monika and Wiesława (we are waiting for your performance in the national competition – you have a great potential - we will cheer you on!). Thanks to mister Filip, mister Maciek and mister Przemek and also to all of the guests of HedoniSPA, especially from Rybnik, Bytom and Kluczbork. Service in Czarna Owca Restaurant was very professional as well – food was delicious. We are coming back soon!!!

It's a colourful place

It's a wonderfully colourful hotel. It's one of a kind.
It's a comfort for the spirit and for the body. Peace and quiet -
only the soothing hum of the Poprad River. Excellent
food. Comfortable and colourful food, very nice

Stylish place surrounded by outstanding nature

A comfortable room, with a balcony overlooking the Poprad River,
marvellous SPA, access ensured by the Hotel.
A small but intriguing playground for children.
Superb food. This is the first time I've eaten such fine
lamb. Sauna sessions in SPA, there's something for everyone.
